Design Presentation

Design + Build takes the vision we’ve developed together and sees it through to completion. We coordinate every moving part trades, timelines, sourcing, and site.
Project Management
We own the schedule, the scope, and the details. From the first contractor call to the final walkthrough, your project is actively managed so nothing falls through the cracks.
Contractor Coordination
We work directly with your trades on your behalf, communicating requirements, reviewing work against the design intent, and keeping the project on track. All construction is completed through your contractor.
Sourcing + Procurement
We source, specify, and manage orders for furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. You approve, we handle the rest.
Site Visits
Regular visits to review progress, flag issues early, and ensure the design is being executed as intended.
Final Walkthrough
A structured closeout review to confirm everything meets the standard we set at the start.
